Fact Glucose must be regulated within an upper and lower limit so that you don’t die.
Fact: Insulin does this regulation job
Fact: Insulin Primary function is to store excess blood glucose as FAT http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insulin
Fact: Insulin doing it’s job dropping blood glucose triggers an appetite response.
So the merry-go-round continues.
Replace carbs with healthy saturated fats and protein you will break the cycle.
The Swedish government now officially endorse LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) for health and weight loss.
